“ England’s first floating wind power plant sets power output record. ” It’s an inspiring news that we get an ideal solution using effective renewable energy.

The latest results from Norwegian company Equinor, which is the majority stakeholder in the farm, known as Hywind Scotland, shows that for a third consecutive year the farm has reached the highest “average capacity factor” of any windfarm in the UK.

*Average capacity factor is the ratio of actual energy output during a given period of time in comparison to the maximum possible output.

Sebastian Bringsværd, wind-power developer of Equinor said “There’s great potential for developing hywind power, because it could dive into deeper water area and thus obtain higher wind speed and generate more stable electricity. Plus, this infrastructure could create 17k jobs and 30 Billion pounds additional value!
